Additional commands for admin !!!

We have COD server and i think we need some more admin cmds like :
/setteam playerid team ( Level 3,4,5,6 )
/setleader playerid team ( Level 4,5,6 )
/settarget playerid money ( All levels and users )
These are all cmds for now .. i will post reply if some more cmds i remeber !!!

/setteam playerid team ( Level 3,4,5,6 )

But -1 for
/settarget playerid money ( All levels and users )
I suggest it will be used by level's higher than 4 because it can be abused by new admins.
(You mean even non admin players can use it???)
